Son Perot

Welcome to Son Perot, a spectacular Villa with capacity for 10 adults and 2 babies. This beautiful Villa is located between the countryside and forest of the town of  Maria  de la Salud, and a few kilometers from the beach. The plot of land is  300,000 m2  and the house is almost 200 m2 , with  an outdoor and indoor pool, large green area, barbecue ... a luxury of amenities designed to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The  house is distributed on  two floors and the  avant-garde design draws our attention by the quality of its rooms, thanks to the natural light of the entrance that sneaks through the huge windows. The ground floor welcomes us with spacious rooms and has direct access to the outside and an open concept. The living room consists of two sofas and a pouffe where you can relax watching satellite TV, the spacious dinning room has space for 10 guests and a spectacular kitchen, fully equipped with large and small appliances so you will not want for anything during your stay.

The main room on the ground floor has direct access to the outside and has  a  kindsize bed with a high quality mattress, bathroom with shower en suite. Upstairs there are two double rooms and a triple, two of them with en suite bathrooms and a common bathroom located in the corridor. The triple room has 4 single beds and a cot and the spacious bathroom is integrated into the room. All rooms in the house have air conditioning, heating, wardrobes and beautiful views of the pool, the countryside and the mountains.

Outside, the luxurious Villa has a 9x4 large saltwater pool, a minimum depth of 1'40 meters and a maximum of 2'00 meters. Relax in one of the 10 hammocks available, or relax in the comfortable Balinese bed located in the 4000 meters of green area around the outdoor pool.

Do not worry if the weather does not accompany or you want to take your holidays in the autumn or winter months because this beautiful Villa also has an impressive glass-covered indoor pool with wooden floors and ceilings with a dinning area and private bathrooms for the users of the pool. If you want the water in the indoor pool to be hot you must notify us 4 days before check-in because the time it takes to heat the water, this carries an extra cost of 800 euros per stay. The barbecue and the cozy furnished porch are places where you can enjoy an exquisite dinner with Mediterranean products.

The village also has farm  animals such as ducks, peacocks and horses. Feel free to visit them if you feel like it.
