Strolling along the town's streets is particularly pleasant. Points of interest: Casal de Son Morey square and church of St. Pere, which dates back from 1705.

Only 10 kms from Inca, the heart of the island, the second largest city in Mallorca, you will find restaurants, boutiques, banks... and all that you will need. The must see is the local market which is every thursday morning, the shoe factories and it's famous leather factories.

A pleasant place to enjoy your vacation and from where you will be able to visit all parts of the island without taking up too much time.

The newly constructed property is a modern design, and has three big double rooms and two fully equipped bathrooms, living room, dinning room, spacious open concept kitchen. The design and the spaciousness allows guest to enjoy the house in a more fluid and comfortable manner.

The living room has two comfortable couches on which to relax while watching satellite tv or surfing the internet. Dinning table and chairs which seats eight. Also at the disposal of our guests are two highchairs for our little guests . The modern kitchen is totally equipped with all the necesary appliances. There is also a laundry and ironning room.

There are three big double rooms, all with air conditioning.

The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is on the ground floor, has a kingsize bed with a high quality mattress and a day bed also.

One of the other bedrooms, also on the ground floor has two twin beds and direct access to the garden.

The third bedroom is a double with a kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom on the top floor of the Villa. Also has a day bed.

The spectacular garden exterior has a 8 x4 m chlorine pool at the back of the house with breathtaking views of the mountains.

The property has at your disposal eight hammocks, two parasol umbrellas, garden table and chairs, grill area and a porch which seats eight for dinning.

Relax in the hammocks while sunbathing, drink a cocktail, listen while the children are playing, invest in happiness. Barbecue, read a book under the olive tree while enjoying the mild mediterranean climate...

The property has a covered and private parking for at least three cars.

Electricity has an additional price of € 0.25 / Kwh. Deposit: € 100 / week.

Ecotasa (Tourist Tax): 1.10 € per person / night. This does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
